Luncheon for Nancy Murray's Family

As a church family, Hope Christian Fellowship has offered to support the luncheon to be held after the memorial service for Nancy Murray.  They are expecting 300 people at the luncheon.

 

The main dishes are being catered by Masso's.  Hope will supply side dishes, salads and desserts.  These items can be dropped off at the service site, Fellowship Bible Church in Mullica Hill, between 9:00 am and 11:00 am on Saturday (during the visitation hours).  If you plan to attend the visitation and/or the service, we will have a table set up starting at 9:00 am, so it will be convenient for you to drop the food in the church lobby before you enter the sanctuary.  Items requiring refrigeration will be taken immediately to the church kitchen.

 

Note:  The visitation and service will be held in the sanctuary, not the gymnasium (according to the church facility staff, there is a men's breakfast in the gym that morning). 

 

Hope will also provide set-up help (10:30 am) and clean up help (around 1:30 pm).

 

If you are able to help with any or all of the above blessings, please email Liz Johnson at liznglenn@verizon.net as soon as possible, and definitely before Thursday evening at 9:00 pm.  Liz and Glenn Johnson will be there on Saturday to coordinate the food, and set up and clean up teams, along with the facility staff from Fellowship Bible Church.
